Enneagram for Inner Work

The Enneagram helps us understand the patterned ways we walk once we’re on the path, those patterns and habits we use to stay safe and oriented in the world.

Most people encounter the Enneagram as a system of types. While that can be helpful, this work is not about labeling or fixing yourself. It is about curious exploration concerning your specific strategies, habits of thought, and emotions that lock you into a pattern.

These strategies are not flaws, but intelligent adaptations that once served the important purpose of keeping you safe. Over time, however, they become overused and habitual narrowing the experience of ourselves and the world.

In this work, the Enneagram becomes a tool for recognition rather than diagnosis. It helps you notice when you’ve drifted into familiar territory and gently supports your return to presence, which initially will feel unfamiliar.

The Enneagram does not replace your inner wisdom, it helps you listen more clearly and more deeply. It offers language for patterns so they can be met with compassion rather than judgment, and so that something more essential can come forward into your life.
